St George, the historic district of Staten Island close to the ferry, is a very diverse neighborhood; therefore there are different kinds of restaurants, bars, bakeries, fast food, cafes; the post office and the library are close to the ferry terminal.

Remember, this is New-York City; you can have food delivered at the house, too.

Easy off street parking, with no alternate side.

By bus from the house to the ferry: 8 minutes

By cab/taxi: 5 minutes

Silver Lake park, Golf course: from the house: walking: 15 minutes

Swimming pool: walking: 5 minutes
